CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH ALMOND

I have not posted a recipe here for a while … My mind is fixed on the preparation of the Paris marathon, I speak only of running! Here I am back with a recipe ultra fast, simple and greedy: nuggets of chicken cooked with almond powder, without fat. I served it with a green salad and a soy curry sauce.   Ingredients for two people:   Two chicken cutlets 100 grams of almond powder 1 egg Almond milk   Recipe   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Cut chicken fillets into strips, season with salt and pepper In a bowl, beat the egg with two tablespoons of almond milk Arrange the almond powder on a plate Roll the aiguillettes in the egg then in the powder On the baking sheet covered with parchment paper, arrange the nuggets in a single layer Bake for 7-8 min, then flip the nuggets until golden brown on both sides and put back in the oven 7-8 min.   Enjoy your meal!
